For sure wannabe!

But we have a few prospective ideas if you ladies wanna hear em. We were thinking Finley stadium parking lot. First Tennessee pavilion if they don't have insurance requirements and then east gate mall parking lot. Tons of room there as well. And we should have a price on advertisement sometime tomorrow for flyers so balls rolling now.

im loving the finley stadium parking lot idea. That would be really chill if we could make that happen. We all need to work together with ideas and make this happen. This has the potential to be something great!

Agreed^^ and I will be on the phone with them and the pavilion tomorrow of if they are closed then Tuesday but location ASAP has to happen before the flyers can be printed

We already have a few to list and try to get on board as we a few of us met tonight and discussed.

Dave knows a few folks at all star tint and alarm, I myself know a guy at king audio and tuners car audio, we thought about Tennessee speed sport, radio clinic and that's just to name a few to begin with. Can wait to move this idea forward.

Sept 10, Oct 1, Oct 15, Oct 29, Nov 19. These are the dates of all the UTC home games. So a Saturday not on one of these days should leave nobody down there.

So we may have the stadium Dave and I have a meeting with the event planner tomorrow and we should have an idea what's its going to cost us to get this all done And be able to sell food of our own and flyers printed by months end and then it will be on each of us to get this done!!!! And have it rolling by the 22nd!!!!

Oh and if it happens we will have a lot of foot traffic there considerig the Chattanooga market is having a 2 day market and the stadium is having a little league game and should let out by the time we get goin good! So yupp it's getting big quick!

We just gotta cover a few over head costs and get some small insurance and we would be set!

you could charge a small admission fee to everyone walking through. like a dollar or two. it will add up and people won't mind paying that to see cool cars..

Just have to be careful charging admission to those other than cars bc Finley stadium will charge us if we do that so it a gamble as to if we wanna try to make that extra money we will see tomorrow how much they charge if we decide to charge admission out side of just car show cars

We also need to be on the lookout for big games going on sat i know utc was mentioned but alabama and ga and fl fans as well. lol and i have nothing show qaulity right now fellas if i can get that tail light fixed i can make it look presentable

If you tell the stadium its for a charity they won't mind you charging a small admission. atleast thats how it works down here.

ahhh who cares about GA anyway...from the way they played their first game GA fans should just hang up the jerseys and hats and wait for next yr! lol jk. I think they will be strong the rest of the season. Meeting went really well but from what the guy said is that the market place tried charging admission one time...just a dollar and people raised hell...so idk where were headed in that direction. Car show people may be different but I know that some of our crowd would be coming from the market people.

can it not be on a day where the market doesnt have a 2 day thing so that way the people going to the market wont be getting mixed in w/ us? Because i think its normally just a sunday event.

well we told the guy that the 22nd of Oct would be good. He was thinking of incorporating it with the 2 day event and football going on as well. I honestly think the extra foot traffic going by would be nothing but good for us. Get some people to stop by and also spread the word. They make a few calls....hey there is a car show down here...The director is also wanting to possibly move us to the pavillion if things go really well so I dont think it would hurt to get familiar with people that go there on a regular basis.
